The Ship to Coats Island
The Ship to Coats Island is a project of Louis Sterrett (with some help from friends, who are credited in releases). The music of TStCI does not adhere to one genre exclusively but earnestly makes use of the sounds found in shoegaze and ambient music to express ideas and feelings. Releases by TStCI almost always have a strong theme throughout and every song released has its own important place.
Recommended if you like: Slowdive, Low, My Bloody Valentine, Tim Hecker, Gregor Samsa.
